Appointment times are subject to technician availability, traffic conditions, and operational factors. We will make reasonable efforts to attend at the scheduled time, but exact arrival times cannot always be guaranteed.

Inspection, Diagnosis, and Repairs

Our service may include inspection, fault diagnosis, repair, part replacement, cleaning, gas filling, or general maintenance depending on the appliance condition. In some cases, additional repairs or spare parts may be required after inspection. Any such recommendation or revised estimate will be communicated before further work is carried out whenever reasonably possible.

Payments and Charges

Payment is due upon completion of service unless another arrangement has been confirmed in advance.   • 2. Inspection or visiting charges may still apply if a technician has already been dispatched.
  • 3. Refunds are not generally available for completed labour services already performed.
  • 4. Spare parts once ordered or installed may not be refundable unless defective or incorrect.
  • 5. Any refund decision will depend on the service stage, materials used, and issue reported.
  • 6. We will review genuine service concerns fairly and try to provide a reasonable resolution.

Warranty, Liability, and Contact

Any service assurance or limited warranty, if offered, applies only to the specific repair work carried out by us and is subject to the condition of the appliance, proper usage, and the nature of the fault. We are not responsible for pre- existing internal damage, repeated failures caused by unrelated faults, voltage issues, misuse, water damage, or normal wear and tear.
